I just completed a piece of work for New Zealand-based wellbeing non-profit The Kindness Institute, refreshing the website for their online Mākoha Introduction to Mindfulness course.
Mākoha has been designed to make mindfulness and resilience training easily accessible so that more people can find joy, calm and ease in their day-to-day lives.
The course is currently heavily discounted, to make it more accessible during the COVID-19 lockdown period. Not only that, but for every course that’s purchased TKI is donating one to a young person or teacher who may struggle to afford the programme.
